Anger Management
There are few things that can be more distressful than recognizing and dealing with an anger problem. Most often noticed by friends and family, a person confronting behaviors of habitual anger can really take charge of their future and their life when they engage in counseling for anger management. Chicago Human Potential has worked with many people in the guidance for recognizing where patterns of anger behavior derive, learning alternate responses and repairing and restoring relationships that have been affected by anger. In addition to individual counseling, we also offer a weekly women's anger management group.You may want to consult a therapist if:
